Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how MSMC Limited Ltd, trading as Performore ("Performore", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England under company number 16695823, collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit performore.co (the "Site"), book a call with us, or otherwise interact with us.

If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, contact us at hello@performore.co.

02

Information we collect

  • Contact details you give us — name, email address, company name, phone number — when you book a call, submit a form, or email us.
  • Scheduling information processed via our booking provider, Cal.com, when you book a consultation.
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected automatically as you use the Site.
  • Advertising and analytics identifiers — such as cookie IDs, device identifiers and, where applicable, hashed contact details — collected via tags and pixels from our analytics and advertising partners (see below).
  • Any correspondence you send us directly, such as by email.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (special category data) through the Site.

03

How we collect your information

  • Directly from you — when you complete a booking, contact us by email, or otherwise communicate with us.
  • Automatically — through cookies and similar technologies as you browse the Site. See our Cookie Policy for details.
  • From third-party services we use to operate the Site, such as our scheduling provider, Cal.com, and our analytics/advertising partners deployed through Google Tag Manager.
04

How we use your information

We only process personal data where we have a valid legal basis to do so under UK GDPR:

Purpose Legal basis
Responding to enquiries and arranging consultations Performance of a contract / steps prior to entering one
Delivering our services and managing the client relationship Performance of a contract
Operating, securing and improving the Site Legitimate interests
Sending information you've requested Legitimate interests / consent, where required
Analytics and advertising measurement — understanding Site usage and the performance of our marketing Consent, for non-essential analytics and advertising cookies
Complying with legal and regulatory obligations Legal obligation
05

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

  • Trusted service providers who support our operations — such as Cal.com for scheduling, and our hosting and email providers — acting as processors under contract.
  • Analytics and advertising platforms, via Google Tag Manager, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit and Microsoft (Bing) Ads. These platforms receive data such as cookie identifiers, device information and, where applicable, hashed contact details, so we can measure and improve our marketing and advertising performance. Each acts as an independent controller for its own processing of this data.
  • Professional advisers, such as lawyers or accountants, where necessary.
  • Regulators or authorities where required by law.

Each third party is only given the information it needs to perform its function and is required to keep it secure.

06

International transfers

Some of our service providers and advertising/analytics partners (such as Cal.com, Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit and Microsoft) may process data outside the UK or European Economic Area. Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place — such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an applicable adequacy regulation — so your data receives an equivalent level of protection.

07

Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including to satisfy legal, accounting or reporting requirements. Enquiry and booking data is typically retained for no longer than needed to manage the relevant relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

08

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request erasure of your data
  • Object to, or request restriction of, our processing
  • Request data portability
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@performore.co. If you're not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

09

Cookies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate correctly, to support features such as call scheduling, and — via Google Tag Manager — to measure Site performance and the effectiveness of our advertising with analytics and advertising partners including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit and Microsoft (Bing) Ads. Full details, including the categories of cookies we use and how to manage your preferences, are set out in our Cookie Policy.

10

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

11

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

12

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date.
